By accessing or using LiveFinanceAlerts.com (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

LiveFinanceAlerts provides configurable automated technical indicator alert infrastructure. The Service delivers notifications to users’ Telegram accounts based on user-selected indicators and configurations. We are a technology platform, not a financial advisor, broker, or investment service.

3. No Financial Advice

All alerts generated by LiveFinanceAlerts are automated outputs based on user-configured technical indicators. Nothing on this platform constitutes:

Financial or investment advice
Trading recommendations or signals
Portfolio management services
Brokerage services

Users are solely responsible for all trading decisions and financial outcomes.

4. Risk Disclaimer

Trading financial instruments including Forex, commodities, cryptocurrencies, and indices involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of all invested capital. Past performance of any indicator, signal, or strategy does not guarantee future results. You should carefully consider your financial situation before trading.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

6. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@livefinancealerts.com.

Pro Plan: $8.90/month, billed monthly
Payments grant access to software features and platform functionality ONLY
You are NOT purchasing investment advice or financial services
Cancel anytime before your renewal date

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Service, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact support@livefinancealerts.com within 48 hours of the charge.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our systems
Share your account credentials with others
Misrepresent our Service as a financial advisory service

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with TradingView, PayPal, NOWPayments, and Telegram. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or failures caused by these third-party services. Alert delivery via Telegram depends on external infrastructure and cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiveFinanceAlerts shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to financial losses, trading losses, or lost profits, resulting from use or inability to use the Service.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology on LiveFinanceAlerts.com is the property of LiveFinanceAlerts. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@livefinancealerts.com.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable EU law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through competent courts.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
